Respect others, for they are human beings just like you. Allah, the Exalted, has honored all human beings, and respecting others is one of the foundations of good character. Recognize people’s worth, the status of scholars, and the virtue of the righteous. Do not belittle anyone, no matter their position. Adhere to humility and good manners in dealing with people, for the Prophet ﷺ was the most-humble of all people. And whoever humbles himself for the sake of Allah, Allah will raise him.
